Hello, my name is Alex I go to KIPP and I love Chipotle!

    My family and I go to eat at Chipotle about every 2 weeks. It’s really healthy and delicious food for people to eat.  I also like the idea that Chipotle started in Denver!

    The first Chipotle was built near the University of Denver. It was so popular that they began to build more restaurants. Steve Ells is the founder of Chipotle. It began in Colorado and now it has expanded. There are over 976 restaurants as of last year. They can be found all over the world.

    I chose this topic because I really like to go there to eat with my family.  We have many good memories of dinners there. There is a lot of cool history about Chipotle. It is My Community, My Colorado.
